We offer a holistic approach to individuals, couples and families, to help with personal, relationship, family and work problems through short term and long term counselling and psychotherapy. We offer short term help where appropriate, and also committed, long-term counselling and therapy.
For people who are experiencing emotional problems, trauma, abuse, anxiety, childhood trauma, childhood difficulties and childhood abuse, our counsellors and psychotherapists have a wide range of individual specialised skills and experience.
We can help you cope and deal with illness, including stress, depression, eating disorders, chronic depression, postnatal depression and long-term health problems.
We can help individuals and couples through life transitions, relationship problems, marital and partnership concerns and with life and personal relationships, in a non-judgemental atmosphere. We can provide you with an understanding of behaviour and relationship patterns, or help you cope with the end of a relationship.
We offer bereavement counselling to help you cope with a death in the family and deal with the loss of a loved one.
Personal development programmes and counselling help with personal growth, self-exploration, improve your self-esteem, and help overcome low self-esteem.
As well as offering counselling and psychotherapy, we also provide supervision and mentoring to psychotherapists, counsellors, social and health care professionals and therapists.
