I am qualified counsellor offering short and long term counselling on a range of personal issues. I have an interest in relationship and behaviour patterns and experience of working with individuals seeking to understand this. This often includes exploration of past relationships, childhood experience and trauma and how this impacts on the present self. Other areas covered include self esteem and confidence, stress management and depression and personal development. I aim to offer a comfortable, safe, confidential space for exploration and change.
